Using the Gmail SMTP service to send emails with my form, I experienced that the form silently remains stuck, indefinitely waiting to send data when there is a problem with the SMTP server. In my case Google considered the JotForm attempt to connect to the SMTP server as suspicious and blocked it.
So, my question is: is there a way to be notified when something goes wrong when JotForm tries to send an email through the user custom SMTP service?
Thank you very much!

You may check this helpful guide to get notified if the email fails:

Also, whitelist JotForm servers and domains:

Thanks.
