Excel linked sheet not updating anymore

    Hello,

    The last 6 entries on the form have not been entered on the excel sheet that is linked.

    Previous 96 have been.

    I tried to push the missing submissions to your Sheet but I got the message that all submissions are already merged. I also tested your form and my submission was not added to the Sheet. I was unable to replicate the issue on my cloned form.

    Was your Sheet edited? It looks like the heading of the first column was edited. Please note that any edits made inside of the Sheet that is integrated with a form can break the integration. Please re-integrate your form with the Google Sheet to resolve the issue.
