How to recover deleted submissions?

Do you mean  to say that you have deleted the submissions form form? Please note that once a submission record is deleted, it is completely deleted from our server. Once deleted, it is not possible to recover deleted submissions.

If you mean that you have deleted form, deleted forms are moved to "Trash" folder. If you have not purged forms from trash folder, you can restore deleted forms from trash folder. Please check the screenshot below:
