Embedding a form on a website

    Hello,

    I want to know how I can embed jotform form onto a website for a compeititon submission.

    We need to be able to accept rtf. tf. doc. docx. pdf. txt. odf. odt. ppt. pptx. mov. and mp4.

    Please check the available embedding options:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

    From which you can choose the one that fits best.

    Regarding file upload, you can add upload field from the basic fields panel:

    And set which file types you want to accept:
