Hello - I purchased an account last year and never used your product :( but all is not lost. I want to produce document once per week, allow people to download from my website to their desktop or Moblie device. They can then read the material in the document and sign off, add a question or picture (just added the picture part as a dream ask really)  and then send a copy to an email which they will define... Maybe able to do this with adobe / pdf but wanted to check with the team at JotForm first. Looking forward to your reply - enjoy the day! MM.

Hello Michael - What kind of document do you need? I'm afraid what you can build with us is an online form. If your goal is to include a document inside your form, you have 2 options:

    1. Either embed it directly to the form if the document is in PDF format

    2. Or link it in your form so your users can open it in a new tab to view/download it

allow people to download from my website to their desktop or Moblie device.

If the download will be initiated from your form, then you'd have to embed the form to your website first. There are plenty of ways to do this but we usually recommend the default script embed codes if your website is not powered by popular CMS platforms.

They can then read the material in the document and sign off, add a question or picture (just added the picture part as a dream ask really)

Going back to my first answer, if a form is your end goal and not an actual document per se, we have a FILE UPLOAD field that will allow your respondents to upload any file to your form.

and then send a copy to an email which they will define...

Afterwards, all these submitted data can be sent to you as an email alert for each successful submission.
