    3. Does an email address included on the JotForm pass through to authorize.net?

A notification email would be sent to you when the Form user completes the payment in the form.

Can you please explain further how you want the email to work with Authorize.net?

The question is not about the JotForm email notification. It is about passing through the email address when using echeck.net wizard.

As I understand it, the echeck.net wizard works through authorize.net. However, the wizard only shows fields for dollar amount, bank type, routing number, account number, name, and bank name. Authorize.net can handle other parameters, such as email address, so I was wondering whether echeck.net wizard can do so also (or whether other fields in a JotForm could get passed on).

[The reason is that authorize.net will send on its own confirmation email after a payment is made IF an email address has been provided.]

    Thank you for the clarification.

You may capture the email address using the Authorize.net Integration.

However, this feature is not available on the eCheck Integration.

    Hope this information helps.

If you have further questions, let us know.

Thanks. I would recommend that you add a bit more to the echeck.net integration, allowing for passing through some other information, such as email address and invoice number. It would make it more useful for merchants to capture the information so they can see it on their authorize account.

I have forwarded a feature request to our developers to capture the email addresses in eCheck Integration.

Do note that we cannot give an ETA when this feature would be added. However, we will keep you posted via this thread for possible updates.

Regarding the invoice number, do you wan to add the option in the payment field Or do you want it to show in your submissions? Will this option be in Checking or savings?

The invoice number is unrelated to whether a checking or savings account is being used. It is a parameter that gets tracked in authorize, so just an additional option. [I know in the PayPal integration you have option for capturing additional information from a field. I don't know how that works on PayPal side, for here, it would need to match up with invoice field in authorize database.]

Thank you for the additional information. I will add it to the feature request made by my colleague. Once we have any information in this regard, you'll be posted here.

    Thank you!
