questions regarding HIPAA submission data

Hi there,

I've just launched my company and I want to sign on for a month for the Silver Plan. After a month, if I cancel subscription, what happens to all my client's data which is to be saved with HIPPA compliant safeguards? Also, what would happen to the forms I'd upload in that first month? Would I have to re-upload them?

Your clients data will still be saved on our servers. However, they would be migrated back to our non-HIPAA servers. The embedded forms will still function unless the monthly limit has been reached.
