IP addresses banned—not receiving replies to our emails

    We’ve emailed katy@jotform.com multiple times about our account being suspended and needing to have a problematic form cleansed in order for our account to be restored. She has not responded and it’s critical for our account to be re-activated and our forms to be enabled once again. Please get back to me as soon as you can. Our account being suspended and getting no response for over 12 hours when you claim 24/7 support is unacceptable for a product/service that we have paid you for.
