It possible to post adds along with jotform?

I don't have a web page for my business.  I’m working with a company as a recruiter and want simply to post ads online (on various sites), where I’m wondering if I could embed your form.   Then, I’d like is to receive an email once they’ve filled out the form on one of these sites.   

Will that work?   And if so, can you point me to something that will explain how to do this.  Thanks
