Hi:
I set up a jotform form my client, carlsonroof.com. The form is found here: https://form.jotform.com/90715200355145
I originally set the form up to come to me so I could keep track of submissions while my client was out of town. I just transferred the form recipient to their email, info@carlsonroof.com. They are successfully receiving emails, but they can't open the attachments. We tested a .pdf attachment and happened to receive a .png attachment from a third party while I was looking at it. I am using Firefox on a Mac and can open the attachments. They are on PCs using Microsoft Outlook and cannot download the attachments. They get a 404 message instead...Can you look into this? Thank you!

Of course @gmillius!
Your account is set to require log-in to view uploaded files. That is why only you are able to see the attachments, and your client cannot. To remedy this situation, please:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
3. In the Privacy field, please uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files box
Please let me know if you would like help with anything else.
Thank you and have a wonderful day!
