I have not receive a reply yet with my non-profit application

Hi my name is Angela Heson with KACHEA Coop and I emailed our tax form showing proof of being a non profit organizations and I haven't received any response.  I was sent a message from jotform that I needed to supply this in order to get the discount of a higher membership.  The email address to coorespond to is kachea.email@gmail.com.
