How to collect custom amount using Stripe payment?

Hi - I have successfully integrated Stripe however, I have a question. 

I have a registration form that automatically totals whatever the user registers for (url below) - but I do not want to create products, as the user may also pay by check rather than credit card.

Once the user has selected their choices, is there a way for them to enter the amount in STRIPE and pay by credit card?

Yes, if you want the user to enter the amount manually then change the payment type of your stripe to a user defined amount.
