Our update in the texts of the card form is not showing up of the preview

    Hi,

    What shows in edit/preview mode is not being displayed when I visit the form. Please see the pictures below. It's not displaying the welcome page after I added additional text.

    I prepared the desired layout on a clone that does work:

    It's the Welcome page so you should set up there instead of the first card. In the form builder, click Edit Welcome Page at the top part.

    yes, i tried that but it didnt work. i need to use the welcome page AND the "first card" both, to get all that information on 2 separate pages as needed.
    maybe you didnt' understand my request. all i wanted to do is add additional text to the welcome page, but though it displays in preview, it doenst come thru on the published form.
    should i call in to tech support to discuss, or what other option is there? i thought the jotforms were editable, i have edited the forms before.

    I cloned the form to test and the text displayed in the when viewed is the same as it is in the form builder.  Any changes made to either the welcome page or the first page of the form were shown when the form was viewed:

    Does the correct text show when you load the form in the browser rather than checking it in the preview?  I cleared your form caches in case it was a caching issue, but as far as I can tell the text is updated and can be edited.

    i'm trying to edit the form that isn't a clone, and the edits are still not displaying in my browser.
    guess i'll use the clone. thanks for trying to help, must be a bug

    Just let us know if you want to continue using the original form so we can submit a bug ticket for it.
