Empty fields still show up even when I have enabled hide empty field option

    Hi!

I am trying to print off registration forms and I like all of the options available. However, when I click on the 'Hide Empty Fields' tab, it doesn't hide the empty fields, it still shows the headers with a bunch of blank space underneath. For Example: I I have a family that has registered 1 child, but there are headers for participants 1-4, I am still getting headings of Participant 2, Participant 3 and participant 4, even though the fields were left blank.

I only want to show fields that have been written in. I don't want the Headers of fields that are left blank. It's a waste of space on my forms. How do I do that?

    Thanks!

Could you please let us know the form URL of the form you're referring to so we can look at it?

Guide: Where to Find My Form URL?

Also, are you printing the PDF report while in preview mode? If not, please try preview mode before you print PDF reports.

I don't understand how to print in preview mode. I can preview my form, but don't see a way to print submissions from it...

I have checked the PDF document of your form https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/90188320025146? and see that the Hide empty fields option is not working for the report. Could you try creating a new PDF submission report for the form and see if that makes any difference?

If you still experience the same issue with the new report, please let us know here. We will be happy to take a look again.

    Thanks!
