How can I prevent our form email to go to our customer's spam folder?

    I want to know how to stop the emails that I am sending to customers with @gmail, from landing in their spam folders. This happens ONLY with gmail and no other email services. The directions you provide are only for people with gmail, but does not address individuals sending to gmail. What can we do on our end??

    We worked best with Gmail. If your autoresponder emails are landing in the spam folder, that either means they block Jotform or you are using an unverified custom sender email in the form. I checked your email address, but I cannot find an account associated with it. Please let us know your username or registered email address as well as the form URL so we can check this for you.
