Microsoft Flow: getting Access Denied error message when trying to connect Jotform account

    I am unable to connect from Flow to JotFrom. It is failing at authontication. I am getting "connectionAuthenticationFailed. Failed with error: 'Access denied.'. Please sign in again."

    Our apologies. I can replicate this problem with MS Flow. It is not connecting with access denied message.

    I have raised this thread to our backend team now. If we have an update, you should know it here. I tried looking for a workaround with no success, so we'll have to wait for our backend team.

    I resolve the issue by using Microsoft Edge. For some reason, FireFox and Chrome do not launch the login screen. But Edge does. So, it is working now.

    Thank you for updating us. I've noted that on the ticket. It seems like Microsoft is restricting browsers :)
