Jotform autoresponder/notification email flawed

    I've created a form and checked the autoresponder for it and the notification email and noticed that everything looks just as it should be, except one of our ticket names is replaced with another ticket name from a previous form.

    The previous form I'm referring to is the gala 2019 form we made (which is now disabled). I cloned that form and then edited it to create this form. I renamed the tickets to be what I wanted them to be and that is how they appear on the form itself, in the conditions, in the autoresponder emails, etc.

    However, on the back-end, the autoresponder/notification emails are showing a different name for the 3rd ticket down. The correct name is "fasting child". It's displaying a name from one of our gala 2019 tickets. This isn't a problem for me in terms of functionality, but it's a glitch I wanted to report to you so you can fix it.

    I've attached a screenshot of the autoresponder. It doesn't allow me to attach multiple screenshots, but I have one of the notification email too showing the same glitch.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    I checked your form and I saw what you're referring to.

    But I was able to replicate that problem with that field only, all other fields are working as intended and updating properly. So I updated your field manually:


    For Notifier and Autoresponder.
