Single choice filed: Spread to cloumns option not working.

Dear Team.

Is there any problem or maintenance happening in jotform now?

this is the first time iam facing this kind of issue.

Single options and Multiple box button options is not reflecting in the forms.

as you can see in the image.

As you can see it stated that spread columns in to two but it was not calling the attention of the single button to spread..

Please Help me with this.

I am not able to replicate the issue at my end, the Spread to Column options is working without any issue in my test form. I also cloned your form and tested the field, but the field is working fine. See the image below:
