    Dear support,

The submission is in the dashboard of my account in jotform however the payment hasn't gone through. I have set my paypal account but not sure if teh card payment is working properly.

On testing the Form, the Form submitted successfully. You have not made the payment field mandatory so the Form submitted without the payment details.

I noticed you have used PayPal Pro Integration, to use this integration one has to have a PayPal business account.

If you do not have a business account then Credit Card won't work for this Form, you may replace your payment field with PayPal account.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

The main difference between these integrations is the checkout experience

    PayPal Standard:

Here, only the PayPal email address is required to integrate your form with the payment gateway, nothing else is required. On Form submission, you would be redirected to PayPal page. Here is also a guide that will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/391-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Standard-

    PayPal Checkout:

Instead of redirecting users to PayPal’s site, a small pop-up with a PayPal login form launches, the user completes the payment quickly and submits the form. Payment can now be done in a single step. Quick and easy for your users.

    PayPal Express:

JotForm's PayPal Express integration requires a Business PayPal account. If you want to use PayPal's pop-up (in-context) payment system, the items you are selling must not require shipment (i.e., Digital Goods) and Digital Goods must be enabled for your Business account.

Please check this article or blog post to know more about PayPal Express. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/blog/103-PayPal-Express-Checkout-is-now-available-for-JotForm-Forms.

To make the Payment field as mandatory, please enable the required field here:
