I am setting up Subscription Buttons and there is no option related to Shipping in the set-up. Help??
In the regular Shopping Cart button set-up there is the option to choose my Shipping Preferences (I did as you suggested above to set that up).

Could you provide us with your form ID? When I have checked your account, I was not able to display your Shopping Card. It seems there is only one form which has not any fields yet.
