Can I send each an individualized email with a semi completed form?

I have a long list of potential projects and their project leaders.

Rather than me completing a spreadsheet with their responses via email can I send each an individualized email with a semi completed form, but the other half of the form then ask the same questions e.g. is this project still required, what will it achieve etc.

Can I do this?

I am not sure if I understand your question correctly. Do you want to send a filled up form to your customer? If yes, then it is possible by using the Save and Continue feature. You can add this feature into your forms and share with your customers with half filled in data.
