Outage at Jotform?

    Good morning.

    I've been trying to access Jotform to create a new form and monitor our existing ones for the last 2 days, but it is running too slow to use, usually resulting in a half loaded page presenting after a long wait time. It seems to work for a short burst, then become unusable after about a minute or so. Other pages and sites we use are working as they normally would, the issues seem restricted to jotform.

    I've just had a department attempt to complete one of our existing jotforms and they have been unable to do so. 

    Is this a known issue or is this just affecting us? If so do you know why?

    Hello Bradley, 

    As far as I know, we do not receive similar reports from users. It seems to me that issue is related to the network you are using. 

    I can suggest to try loading JotForm via this link: https://www.jotform.com/myforms?noCDN=true 

    If this will not make any difference, please try using different connection/network. Also, you may contact your IT department to check if something is blocking our servers on their end.
