why is jotform no longer sending my form data to my googlesheet - it says the integration is up and running

Are you referring to the form 60603276074351? Did you make any changes to the form recently? Please note that making changes to the form such as deleting, modifying and adding fields will break the Google Sheet integration. Please re-integrate your form with Google Sheets again.
