Hi,
I have families signing up with jotforms for our summer camp, however, I am not sure how to retrieve the money.
Also, one of our families signed up and the form sent them a message saying something about a YMCA camp not ours.
Please let me know what I should do.

I see that you have already created the "Summer Camp Registration" form. Please note that JotForm does not collect the payments on your forms, instead, we have integration with different 3rd party payment processors (ex. PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net).

Moreover, when I checked this form, I saw that two autoresponder email were setting up in your form. This message is automatically sent to the form submitter when the form is filled through the Autoresponder email.
