We currently use Dudamobile for our mobile website and use their forms to allow a client to schedule an appointment. It's not really an online appointment but an email is created and sent to applicable people for action. We also send the email to faxaway.com to generate faxes to be sent to our offices. Unfortunately, faxaway can only accept a "text" email, not html. We tried another fax service and they indicated that "I found those messages and it looks like they were not processed because the file does not have any html tags. If you use an opening and closing html tag we'll then process the file. " So, in what format do you send out emails and how do I use your service from within Dudamobile?

So, in what format do you send out emails
You can use etheir HTML or Text Format. You can switch your form notification on your desired format. Here's how:
While on edit mode, click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Open Notifications
how do I use your service from within Dudamobile
JotForm forms are already optimized for mobile views specially on iphones and smartphones. If Dudamobile offers a good one, you can use your form URL and check if they support it. I just made a test on their site and it seems like they can't read the form URL. How about embedding the form to your website and try Dudamobile? I think this would help.
