Where did my form go?

    I recently forgot my password and had to reset it. Did resetting my password delete the registration form I created? I've logged in with my new password, however, I no longer have an inbox that tells me if I've received new registration form submission.

    I have tried "testing" the system myself by registering for the event I created. When I log into my account to see if my "test registration" form showed up-it does not. I don's seem to have an inbox anymore.

    Hello @ndh3439 - What you had before was a guest account. What this means is that you built a form in JotForm without creating an account first. You can confirm this by looking at the URL you shared in your post:


    Since you don't have an account yet, you don't have a username/password either.

    Now, you created an actual free account under this username (ndh3439), and then created another form that is different from the one you initially built as a guest. Here's the URL of that new form:


    To clear the confusion, we can move the form you built as a guest to your newly created account (ndh3439). Just reply to this thread with your confirmation so we can proceed.
