I want to hire the service but I would like to know if they have a manual in Spanish to be able to tell my boss everything they offer.

At the very bottom of any page there is an option to change the site language:
Most of our support guides are in English and would likely need to use a browser addon for translation.

That's right, is in "Español" but the text is in English.
I don't speak english. If I buy this service, How understand all. I can not be translating everything into a special program

The form builder and nearly all elements of the software itself is translated.
The guides on usage would indeed need to be translated using Google Translate or something similar.
