Multiple Images uploaded from form integrated with Box

I have several forms that are integrated with Box.  The forms are set up to capture images of invoices and ID cards.  When these forms are submitted, I would like Jotform to upload the forms with the images in tact only to my designated folder/sub folder, however, the images are also being uploaded as a separate file in the sub folder.    

So, you don't want the uploaded files to be forwarded in the same sub-folder separately? Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid sending the files that way in the Box integration.
