Paypal and AWeber integration

    I'm using JotFormPro to collect information from my clients and have integrated the form to AWeber. After running a test on my own email, I am not receiving my customized thank you, which would tell me to look for a confirmation email.  (My email address shows in aweber as "pending confirmation".)  I’m also not receiving the email from AWeber.  

    I am also using PayPal for payment. When clicking on submit I am redirected to PayPal.  Does this have something to do with it? If so, what can I do to rectify this so I am able to take payment and my clients will receive what I’ve set up through AWeber? 

    I don't know if this is an AWeber issue or a JotFormPro issue. Please advise.

    Hi Maria,

    I have cloned your form, changed the product price to $0.01 and made a test. It seems to be working fine on my end. I was able to view the thank you page you've mentioned after successfully completing the payment process and by clicking "Return to {email}" after the payment, it then redirect me to your thank you page and was able to received the notification message as well.

    Did you completely processed the payment page and clicked the returned link? That should redirect you to your form's thank you page. You can also setup an Auto Return for Website Payment on your paypal account so your form users are redirected back to your site immediately after clicking the Pay button.
