Wrong Features/Pricing

    I am part of an organization that has purchased the Silver Package. I use my own user name and password separate from the admin; however, it is the same company. I am getting the error that I have reached my 5 form limit. This is incorrect and I need this fixed please. Thank you.

    I checked your account with the username FUNadmin. I see that this account is on Free subscription. I am not able to see any upgrade request from this account. Could you please tell what is the username that you have used to upgrade so that we can investigate further?

    We have a receipt of payment and am attached to the main account. I am a sub-account. We are unsure as to why I do not have more than 5 forms available to me.

    Please take note that sub accounts and main account are separate account.

    I checked and can confirm that FUNpeds  is the main paid account.

    While your account  FUNadmin (sub account) is on FREE plan.

    You can check on your account Billing section the subscription plan level.

    Each account profile will have their on account usage limits allotted.

    Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits

    If you need your forms to use the account limits of the paid account (FUNpeds) you can transfer your forms to the main account instead. 

    Once transferred, the forms will now use the plan level limits of the paid account.
