Request for Rule-Based Chatbot Form Interface

Hi,

I've been using JotForm for a few years; I even have two accounts. I love it!

I want to make some of my forms look like chatbots or rule-based conversations (not AI chatbots which are not very good yet). Like a JotForm form, the user sees and answers questions. Unlike JotForm, I want to make it look like the user is actually chatting with me.

To do this, I researched dozens of chatbot services and signed up with Quriobot. It will meet my needs, but is not as easy to use as JotForm. You can see examples of rule-based chatbots here: https://quriobot.com/examples. Please scroll down and try the job application example.

As a future recommendation, it would be great if JotForm added a chatbot UI option! I think it would make JotForm's popularity explode. If creating such a UI is difficult, you might consider buying Quriobot or one of the other small, new chatbot services.

Thank you for your input. We do not currently have a chatbot like user interface option.

I have attached a feature request ticket to this thread and escalated it to our developers for consideration. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA for when or if it will be implemented, but we will let you know if we have any updates on the ticket.
