My form does not show up on Microsoft Edge

Hey I am able to view my form on my website on my iPhone however when I view my form on my website from my computer it doesn’t show up ... 

I can replicate the problem using MS Edge. The form works fine with Chrome and Firefox. I would suggest re-embedding your form and get our iframe method to fix this.
