I have an incomplete payment from one of my customers.

I have seen many posts/articles here about what an incomplete payment means, why it happens, etc.... but I can't find anything that tells you how to send it back to the customer to finish the payment process? I realize that the individual went to the PayPal page, but did not complete the payment process there. So how do I get THEM to finish it?

Side note - PayPal has been down for half the day. I am assuming that has something to do with the issue? Does that change anything with how to handle my issue above?

    Thanks!

Unfortunately, incomplete payment is unresumable so you can't use it to complete the payment. What you can only do is to ask the user to submit the form again and make sure to complete the payments.

If you want to forward them the incomplete submission data, that's possible but you need to mark the incomplete submission as complete first then you can reply to it aftward.
