No puedo ingresar a mi cuenta

Hola. Tengo problema para ingresar a mi cuenta y editar el formulario que había creado en su sitio. Mi nombre de usuario y correo estan bien pero olvidé la contraseña y al tratar de recuperar la cuenta no me llega ningun mensaje al correo registrado. Quiero saber si me pueden ayudar si no para crear otra cuenta y empezar de cero.

Si necesitan el usuario y contraseña quedo a la espera de la respuesta.
