How to add the Signature in the Form?

Hi! I just created a form but I wanted to have the option for the signer to type their name and then digitally sign. Is this possible on the form I have chosen? Actually, I now see that my form was deleted. 

But can I have a bunch of text and then a place at the bottom for a couple of typed names, the date and a signature?

To add the signature in the Form you may add our signature widget. Below is the list of the widgets that you can add:
