New PDF Editor: Form stuck on loading

    Hi,

    I am experiencing issues with the PDF Editor tool. When I Open PDF Editor I am unable to change anything, essentially the page freezes and I receive an error message (see screenshot).

    This is only happening on one of my forms currently, the others seem to be editable.

    Please help as I need to use this form today.

    Hi,


    Unfortunately, still no news on this and it has been over a week. My form is still disabled when entering PDF editor. Can you please advise on this urgently as it is having a critical impact on my business.

    Unfortunately, this issue is still not resolved. I will check with our developers to see if there is any update.

    Hi,

    This issue is still occurring and has spread to other forms. The forms impacted are UK based only - does this have any influence on the issue? Please provide an update from the developers ASAP as it is severely impacting my business and I may need to look at alternative solutions.

    Unfortunately, this issue is still not resolved. Can you please provide us the link of the other forms that are now affected as well? 

    On the screenshot you provided is just a message that your form was updated. Please note that customized PDF report will not be automatically updated when you update a form. If you want to update the PDF report click on "Yes, Proceed".
