    Good day

I created a form with five-point emoji sliders, and it displays in the survey as a five point slider. However the results in Excel - when you download the form - are for a seven-point slider.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I was able to reproduced the issue also.

When I downloaded the submission Excel data, the output of the emoji sliders have 6-7 values while the actual data was only set at 5.

The incorrect value reflects only in Excel but not in the submission page.

I have escalated this report to the next level for further investigation and fixing.

We will notify you here for status updates.
