Copying one form from one account to another

Hi,

I have an account with yourselves where I am working on a form that will have around 300 questions in total. The form will integrate with our CRM using an API.

I know another company who want to copy the set up that we have (ie the CRM system and jot form). I am wondering if there is a way with my permission if our form can be copied over to their account? Or would they have to build it all from scratch?

Hi Tony,

If you give permission, it will be possible to copy/clone your form to another JotForm account.

Not quite. I would like to be able to copy the form over to someone elses account. They can then alter the email address the enquiries come through to, to their email address.

Can you please confirm first that you have JotForm account. Please tell us your account/username. I could not trace an account associated to the email address you were using on this post.

So what you were saying is that you wanted to initiate it yourself and not the target other account.

You cannot do this using your account --- but we can instead. We can transfer the form/s for you to another JotForm account.

Please tell us the URL of your form and the target JotForm account you wanted to transfer the form.

My account email address is info@mortgagesuccess.co.uk - I do not want to do it at the minute, I just wanted to see if it was possible. The company that want to copy my process would also want the same form (which I have not yet finished making yet). 

If it can be done, but you guys copying over from your end, that is fine.

Once everything is in place I will give you a shout if that is ok?

Yes sure. Once you are ready, do get back to us with the form you want to transfer and also let us know the destination account username, we will transfer form.
