Is it possible to use two form elements in one option?

So I want to have a tick box and then Monday then an input field so the customer can enter the opening hours.

Then the same for every day of the week so they can select if they are open or closed on each day of the week and the specific opening hours for that day.

You can achieve this using the Configurable List widget.

The configurable list widget allows multiple entries using different elements/fields.
