Attached files won't open

    I'm having a problem opening the attached files. When I click to access them, I get an error.

    The screen is in Portuguese, but it means "This page is not working". I tried other browsers and computers without success. Can you help me?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I was able to download this file from your form's submission page without any problem. Are you having this issue with only this specific uploaded file or all files you have received in form?

    Were you logged in to your JotForm account when you tried to download this file? I did check your account and found that you have privacy setting enabled for "Require log-in to view uploaded files.". That means if you are not logged in to your JotForm account, you will not be able to download file.

    I would suggest you to please sign in to your JotForm account and then try to download the file again. Alternatively, you can also disable privacy in your account and uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files." and then try to download thee file again. Please check the screenshot below on how to disable privacy:
