PDF Editor: It's getting freeze and it does not allow to edit the PDF document.

    I am unable to access my PDF forms. Anytime I launch the editor, it states that it's waiting for JotForm to respond and it freezes stating page is unresponsive. This has become a vital part of my company's day to day operation. We need this fixed ASAP.

    I have cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue there; however, I was able to replicate the issue on your form. 

    I will report this to our second level so our developers can have a look on this, we will keep you updated via this thread.

    Is there a way to get my forms exported to PDF on the New Transcription Project Form? I rely heavily on this PDF for our operations. The last inquiry I had regarding this same form (PDF Export) was 3 months ago, and it is still unresolved.

    I tested and the editor was freezing on my end as well when accessing your PDF.  With the document as is I was unable to export the data in PDF format.  You should still be able to expor the PDF's directly with the submission ID's.  Just replace the highlighted portion of the following URL with the desired submission ID:

    And what’s the ETA on the fix? I already have to manually change the URL breaks that are exported by the system. It really is starting to seem like this PDF portion of your service was not ready for release.

    This method does not create a PDF in the format needed. I need it to export the way it initially exported. See attached format. This method does me no good.

    And what’s the ETA on the fix?

    Unfortunately we also cannot provide you the ETA on the fix at this level. We have to wait for updated response on the status from the back end team at this thread.

    I need an ETA on this fix. If you cannot provide one, I will need to change companies. It is unacceptable to me that 2 of my tickets remain unfixed, one of which does not have a workaround. Please provide me with your manager’s contact information immediately.
