I dropped the widget of docusign on my step by step form, it is telling me that my account is authenticated, and I search for the name of the document in my account, the right document is not being showed.

I tested the Docusign widget and it does appear to be fully functional. I signed in the menu that popped up after accessing the widget:
Clicked "Finish" and then the document was sent to DocuSign:
The document should be sent to the "Completed" section in DocuSign.
