My tab doesn't match the title of the form

    I have done everything but the tab doesn't match the title of the form.  Can this be fixed?  https://form.jotform.com/90934803172154  

    Should NOT say Abby + Nelly  but Artist Series for Kids.

    Hi @wilmorefamilycenter!

    I have cloned your form and can see that the tab now says Artist Series for Kids. Great! If you would like to change the title of the tab again in the future, please go to Settings>Form Settings>Show More Options and scroll down to the Page Title field to change the title, like so:
