How do I delete off my survey to make space?

Please note that submission counters are reset only on the first day of each month. Deleting a submission record will not reset submission counters.

If you exceed the upload space utilisation, you can delete the submission record which has file attachment. Deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well and free up your upload storage space. Unlike submission counter, upload space is not reset on the first day of each month. The only option to free up the upload space is to delete the submission record which has uploaded files.
