Contact form for muse website

Thanksi ann trying to allow 

my contact form to be delivered to 2 email addresses and it won’t work. It will only function with one email address. Muse does contain instructions for multiple addresses but it fails

to function. Musethemes gave me this contact information and explained that they have a widget which allows your contact form to be added to my muse website. 

Can you please give me additional information as well as availability of tech support and fees involved?
