I tried restoring my form to an earlier version but I get an error that something is wrong

Guys, please, helpe me urgent!

I change my form, all the form, all the conditions, and everything has disappeared. I have to use it now, i dont know whats happened and what to do. Please, helpe me! The form is "

Etapa Miss Regional Infantil-Teen - Grande ABC e Capital"

 I cant restore to an old revision, it keep saying that something went wrong. Please, can you guys revert what I have done minutes ago?

 All the conditions was removed from my form and I didnt do that. Please, its really urgent, can you guys restore it for me?

Everything that i have changed in the last hour has disappeared. I have changed the form properties, the text, conditions, and everything just disappeared. I dont know what to do and i need to use this form in few minutes. I have no time to start everything again.

I checked your form and found that you have removed your conditions and made some modifications to your form.

As i said, I didnt remove The conditions and revert my form. It happender without my concern. Can you please check what happened since im saying I didnt remove The conditions? Anyway  even IF I did this, I tried to revert The form but without success, tried everything and it Just doesnt revert

You seem to have modified the form a few minutes ago. Please let us know if you're fine with that or still needs to revert to an earlier version. We will have to create a ticket about to our backend team. We also need the date where you'd like to revert, such changes yesterday + the time.
