I received a form submission and when I download it comes up as blank

    I received a form submission, and when I download it comes up as blank. Why would this be happening?

    I checked your form and found that the submission itself is blank.

    Please note that users can skip the form and just click on submit since you haven't set any field as required. I would suggest that you set the important field as required.

    I am also seeing this in my account today and have a separate ticket open being reviewed.  Mine is blank with integration with PayPal and worked yesterday.  I also have seen form data come across over email, but not in the submission.     Thank you for sharing the thread @settd. Foxandarrowdesign's form is not integrated with Paypal, so it is likely related to the fields not being required.
