Agreement t in "text field" is not showing in completed form or email

    As of now, when a form is submitted, we cannot view our terms and conditions which are written in a text box.  Is it possible to view this as we need to see what our customers are agreeing to in that box when we print it out?  Thank you.

    You mean the agreement is not included in your email notification/autoresponder? If so, then just edit your email template and manually add the agreement there.
