Hi,
The Jotform I created has a Paypal attached to it. I received a submission and I went in and it asked if I wanted to complete payment, I agreed. There is no payment in my Paypal however when I went to follow up with the payment being completed. Do I need to manually approve each one and how do I find out if the customer was charged correctly?

The payment field in your do not have email or account, see screenshot below.
Please complete the setup before you publish the form to avoid conflicts and to receive payments successfully.

Also, if you do not want the form to be submitted if the user does not select an item then please set the payment field as required.
