Customers are not able to submit the Form

    Customer are being sent to a blank gray screen after hitting submit.  Can you please advise. Thank you

    It may be due to a javascript conflict between the website and the Form. On checking your website. I noticed you have used the Script code to embed the Form and embedded the code in the head section of the page. Please embed the code in the body section of the HTML page.

    I also noticed that you have inserted the code in a separate HTML page and then embedded this page in an iFrame object in this page.

    What I would suggest you to directly embed the iFrame code in your website.


    1) Go into your forms edit mode to get the Iframe code:

    2) Paste the code in a text editor such as Wordpad, example:

    3) Copy only the iFrame part.


    4) Embed the Iframe part in your site.
